Susannah and Peter are a perfect match, and it makes sense that their wedding day would be perfect. Susannah spent the morning getting ready with her sisters, and their presence was exactly what she needed–they felt every wedding day emotion with her, and it was sisterhood and woman-power like I’ve never seen. Tight knit. Unbreakable. Peter and Susannah chose to see each other before the ceremony and ohmy I can’t recommend it to you enough. It just makes room for you to enjoy your day, your guests, and maybe even relax a little–I’d say that’s plenty reason enough to kick some tradition out of your wedding. The elated photos you’re about to see just after they were married? Not a chance on earth those could have been made if we had been rushing to do family photos. Susannah and Peter, thank you a hundred times over for making me a part of your celebration. I think the world of you both, of your families, and can’t say enough of what an incredible thing it was to photograph your wedding day.
