We had the most wonderful time in Park City this weekend relaxing at the amazing Marriot resort there—and the drive up was so beautiful! It was good to get away for a couple days and throw caution to the wind, and, of course, eat lots of food.
Deliiiiish Mexican food.
And what would Park City be without the outlet stores! I love those things.

Mushroom pizza with carmelized onions and fancy cheese…heavenly.
